Director

Gale has over 30 years’ experience in market research and has spent the last 20 with Viewpoint.

Her vast experience covers both Qual and Quant and across all sectors FMCG to B2B, Medical to Social.

Hobbies: Reading all types of fiction, going to music and magic gigs, performing magic and learning to play acoustic guitar.

Tom Slade

Managing Director

Tom has worked for Viewpoint for 20 years. His experience covers both Quant and Qual and he has particular expertise with usability studies and entertainment.

Hobbies: Enjoys messing about building bikes and brewing beer.

Alison Trevett

Associate Director

Ally has worked for Viewpoint for 20 years. She particularly enjoys child research and recruiting from sample.

Hobbies: Playing Baritone in two brass bands, drawing and painting, and generally keeping fit.

Jamie Trott

Project Manager

Jamie worked as Project Manager in the UX research field.

Hobbies: gym, reading (particularly philosophy and Greek mythology) a huge fan of cinema and all kinds of music, gigs and all that.

Fiona Nolan

Director

Fiona joined Viewpoint in July 2017. She has worked in the industry for over 15 years. Her specialist areas are social research and recruiting and interviewing stakeholders, opinion leaders and formers including journalists and Parliamentarians.

Hobbies: Fiona loves to travel and recreate food that she has sampled abroad. She enjoys music, especially of the live variety and going to gigs and festivals.

Debora Robba

Field Executive

Debora has joined Viewpoint after completing an MSc in Consumer Behaviour with a background in Communication and Advertising from her Bachelor's Degree.

Hobbies: Debora has been intrigued by social sciences and advertising since secondary school. She is passionate about new media, plants, and discovering London and its treasures.

Afua Korang

TU Team Co-ordinator

Afua joined Viewpoint in July 2015 as a part time market research recruiter to help her achieve a work-life balance following a hectic career in business development and marketing within FMCG.

She received a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Communications from Middlesex University and went on to work abroad for different organisations, always enjoying the flexibility of market research in between roles. Afua now has 6 years solid experience recruiting qualitative B2B and consumer projects, is RAS accredited and has moved on from a flexi recruiter to Snr TU Project Co-ordinator, enjoying the benefits of collaborative teamwork.

Hobbies: Reading, travelling, dancing and spending time with her boys.

Gemma Boyne

Quality Control and Junior Field Executive

Gemma recently joined Viewpoint with a background in quality control and customer service. Wanting to build a career in quality control and market research she's passionate about assisting all projects and ensuring the smooth running of the company.

Hobbies: Gemma is a self proclaimed big geek who loves many movie and television franchises, anime and games. She owns a lot of merchandise and loves buying all things cute and gothic. She also enjoys dancing to a huge range of music, swimming, drawing and taking care of pets.

Becky Llewellyn

Senior Field Executive

Becky has over 12 years of experience in market research, most of this time as a Project Manager in Qual research. She has extensive knowledge of the FMCG sector in particular, but enjoys working in most fields. She has a degree in Media and Communication.

Hobbies: Keeping her child entertained! Camping, paddleboarding, attempting to make clothes using her sewing machine and going to gigs.

Ryan Gusman

Junior Field Executive

Ryan joined Viewpoint in 2022, previously working in various customer service roles. Ryan is excited to transition those skills into his role at Viewpoint.

Hobbies: Ryan love movies, particularly 'The Lord of the Rings' which he can talk about for days. He also enjoys video games, tv shows, drawing and digital art.
